Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Understand user requirements and business goals to design intuitive and engaging UI/UX solutions.
- Define and execute end-to-end UI/UX design and development strategies for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, storyboards, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Design and optimize UI elements, including layouts, navigation, buttons, forms, and interactive components.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance user experience and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent digital experiences.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, design standards, typography, and visual consistency.
- Assist in UX research, testing methodologies, and data-driven design improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design and development for digital products or services.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects.
- Understanding of design thinking and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
